Fans experienced a great evening of racing at the 35th Reunion/Memorial
races. There were cars with blown motors before racing even started,
and then a small fire in the engine compartment of Car 96 just after it won
a race. But thanks to the quick action of the flagman and driver, it was soon
put out. The Bomber Memorial race was won by Kevin Pongracz in Car 117.

Race fans and drivers were treated to a barbeque in the pits. They talked
with some of the old timer legends about the building of the
Terrace Speedway track and what it was like to race on a dirt track.
